Cortachy Curry


2 large onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 green peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon cloves powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 block coconut milk or 4 tablspoons coconut mil
1/2 pint stock

Easy to make curry from Scotland

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 90 minutes


Fry onions, garlic, pepper, and then add spices and stock. Cook for 30 minutes or so and then liquidise, and put in beef or chicken or whatever and cook until tender.
