Prosciutto skewers

Prosciutto & Bocconcini Skewers


200g tub bocconcini
10 slices prosciutto
20 skewers
20 cherry tomatoes
20 basil leaves
20 pitted kalamata olives
balsamic vinegar
extra virgin olive oil

Serves: 10 or more
Preparation time: 15 minutes


Wrap individual bocconcini in a strip of prosciutto, then thread onto skewers with cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and pitted olives.

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and serve.
