Worcestershire Sauce


Ingredients:

6 cups vinegar
1 cup treacle
1 cup plum conserve / jam
1 oz garlic (28 grams)
1/2 oz ground ginger (14 grams)
1/2 oz cloves (14 grams)
1/2 oz chillies (14 grams)
1/4 tspn cayenne pepper
1/2 oz allspice (14 grams)
1 tblspn pepper
1 tsp salt

Method:

Boil (simmer) altogether for 1 1/2 hours (go back and stir every 5 mins), strain, bring to boil again and simmer for another half an hour.

Strain again and bottle.
