500g minced lamb
chopped parsely - handfull
1 grated onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tspn minced ginger
1 tspn ground coriander seed
1 tspn cumin
1 tspn paprika
2 tspns minced chilli

Tasty Turkish meatballs - serve with a dipping sauce such as chilli sauce or sour cream and garlic.

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes


Combine all ingredients and mix well using your hands.

Form into balls no larger than a golf ball.

Shallow fry in a wok over high heat turning frequently.

Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
