1.25 cups all purpose flour
2 tblspns sugar
2 tspn baking powder
0.75 tspn salt
1.33 cups milk
3 tblspns vegetable oil
1 egg

A light breakfast pancake for the kids.

Serves: 8 pancakes for 2-4 people
Preparation time: 25 mins


Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl - sieve to aerate.

Mix milk, oil and egg in a separate bowl.

Combine dry and wet ingredients and whisk to a smooth consistency.

Heat non-stick pan and apply a small amount of oil to coat the surface.

Cook until golden brown on the outside.

Serve with any or all of the following: jam, butter, maple syrup, bacon, eggs, whatever you can handle.
