Sosaties


Ingredients:

lean beef or lamb
pepper
2 onions, chopped
1 tblspn curry powder
1 tblspn sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 tblspn fruit chutney
1 cup water
6 lemon or orange leaves

Method:

Fry onions in pan with a little butter until softened and browned.

Combine with remaining ingredients to form a marinade.

Add cubed meat and refrigerate overnight or longer.

Thread onto skewers and BBQ or grill.
