Sparkling Fruit Punch


Ingredients:

850ml pineapple juice
2 x 285ml dry ginger ale
750ml sparkling white wine
1/4 cup orange juice
3 passionfruit
2 oranges
1 lemon, sliced
1 punnet strawberries, sliced

Serves: Makes 2 litres
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Method:

Put chilled pineapple juice, dry ginger ale, sparkling wine & orange juice in a large bowl & stir until combined.

Add passionfruit pulp, sliced oranges, sliced lemon & washed & hulled strawberries & mix well.

Add ice cubes.
