1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp medium dry sherry
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken stock
2 tsp cornflour
Sweet lemon sauce best served with crispy chicken strips and stir fried vegetables.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and stir over gentle heat until sauce boils and thickens.
